GNTV Summer Internship

As a summer intern for GNTV Media Ministry, you will gain rich experiences working in four main areas: Audio, Video, Lighting, and Resource Distribution.

We strive each summer to work with your experiences and to also equip you with new skills and offer you a range of opportunities. Typical work days at events involve 10 to 12 hours of on site work.  

During the summer internship, you will get the opportunity to travel across much of the Eastern United States. Remaining days are spent in Macon working on unpacking, repacking, repairing equipment, resources, and learning new skills.

This is a paid position. Pay is based on your experience and the number of years you have worked with our team; as well as on the number of days you are on the road.  This generally averages between 50 and 60 days for the summer. All travel is paid for by GNTV, as well as three meals a day for days that are on the road.

Audio Production Interns may: Set microphones Set or hang speakers Mix practices or monitor feeds Assist the Sound Director as asked	Video Production Interns may: Setup projectors & screens Operate cameras Create and control graphics Serve as Technical Director Assist the Video Director as needed
Stage Lighting Interns may: Hang or place fixtures Aim fixtures for specific scenes Program intelligent fixtures Operate lighting board Assist the Lighting Designer	All Interns will get experience: Setting up and breaking down at events. Loading and unloading the trucks. Operating the systems during an event. Sort and repair equipment in the office.
