About Bishop Dick and Julia Wilke: Bishop Wilke is currently the bishop-in-residence at Southwestern College in Kansas. He is also the creator of the DISCIPLE Bible Study Program. His work through the Richard and Julia Wilke Institute for Discipleship has helped students of the Institute to grow in their knowledge of Scripture. Julia has assisted Bishop Wilke in the writing and planning of the DISCIPLE Bible Study Program. They are also recipients of the Mary and Ira A. Brumley Award for Religious Education.
